Last year, our support services conducted over 11 million telephone conversations and posted 47 million items of mail. We processed over 1.5 million claims covering 7.5 million appliances securing our place as the largest provider of appliance breakdown protection in the UK.

Our core products are warranty protection on domestic appliances, electrical equipment and gas central heating systems. Other operations supply inbound and outbound volume contact centre services.
