Fontwell Park is the UK’s only figure-of-eight track, running 24 race meetings in every month except for July. Located just off the A27 between Chichester & Arundel, Fontwell Park is set amongst 65 acres in beautiful West Sussex and was the venue for Queen Elizabeth II first horse jumps winner, Monaveen, in 1949.

More than £8m has been spent improving the facilities including the construction of the £6.5m 888sport Premier Grandstand in 2010. Fontwell Park is part of a group of 15 Racecourses, under the Arena Racing Company Racing & Leisure Group. ARC owns and currently operates 14 racecourses in England at Bath, Brighton, Chepstow, Doncaster, Fontwell Park, Great Yarmouth, Lingfield, Newcastle, Royal Windsor, Sedgefield, Southwell, Uttoxeter, Wolverhampton and Worcester, and operates a 15th course at Ffos Las in West Wales. ARC Racing and Leisure Group is the largest racecourse group in the UK, hosting 39% of the UK's annual horseracing fixtures. These include some of the biggest days in the racing calendar, like the Ladbrokes St Leger Festival, Coral Welsh National, Betfred Midlands Grand National, John Smith's Northumberland Plate and the National Spirit Hurdle.
