The primary task is driving adoption: new business into existing customers as well as winning new sockets. Focus on competitive differentiation and Elekta as long term partner. Another primary task is to set price levels and develop activities to impact pricing and trend positively. Other tasks are providing input for the regional LTP based on market analyses and strategic planning. Qualifications Bachelor/University Degree - MBA or similar preferred. Profound Radiosurgery knowledge & proven commercial and marketing experience. Relevant clinical experience is preferred Diplayed effective communication skills - requires great influencing skills. Skilled speaker and representative in social contacts. A clear team player; strong track record in working in complex, multi-functional, multi-cultural and international environments Self-starting, Entrepreneurial, dynamic, creative and energetic behavior is the standard. Fluent in english, written and verbal - proficient in regional languages preferred As required to meet job objectives; willing to travel up to 50% of time Location: Crawley or Stockholm Responsibilities Develop regional sales/adoption strategy for the Radiosurgery business. Set and guard local price development based on solid win-loss analysis. Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with customers (sites and KOL's) to support the promotion and sales of the Radiosurgery business solutions, always in full alignment with global policy. Provide sales support to the BU's: events, site visits, value propositions, sales projects Provide input to Regional Marketing team to help drive Life cycle management business including the service business. Provide input to Regional Marketing team to help the generation process (Campaigns). Set business line direction for budget process and LTP, drive and set guidance for regional pricing. Manage regional PR in close collaboration with global organisation. Educate regional sales and distributors in the positioning/messaging/value propositions of the Radiosurgery business. Support market data collection such as customer needs, competitors, pricing, market share and market trends. Interact with other functions and operations within the Elekta Group to ensure seamless up- and downstream marketing
