Commercial Property Lawyer
THE FIRM: Our client is an established law firm with a strong presence across the South-East including offices in the City of London and with expertise across a range of disciplines. THE ROLE: A new role has arisen for a proactive commercial property lawyer 5-8PQE to join their established and highly successful commercial property team based in their Sussex office. You will be have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of commercial property transactions acting for landlords, tenants, investors and banks from typically deal with sales, purchases to new leases and lease renewals. THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate will have a strong academic background, coupled with evidence of good quality experience of commercial property gained from a well-regarded national or regional law firm. You will have a strong desire to be involved in business development activities and have an strong interest in and understanding of the property market. Solid experience of commercial property work is essential coupled with good drafting skills. You will be able to effectively manage your time and ideally have some experience of supervising more junior fee earners and to coach/train team members.
