The Role An exciting opportunity for an experienced Paralegal/Legal Executive or Solicitor to join the Contentious Trusts and Probate team in the firm's Chichester office This role will involve carrying out case handling duties, research, preparation of documents and helping other fee earners to progress cases to a conclusion which could mean settlement, mediation or Court. You will also assist with the helpline calls into the team. You'll liaise regularly with a wide range of clients and professionals, both over the phone and in writing. Whether arranging meetings, seeking expert reports or simply chasing information, you'll need to show a sensitive and professional approach at all times. The Candidate Candidates must have proven experience in Contentious Trusts and Probate work. You'll be experienced in following set guidelines and processes, but with the ability and confidence to use your own judgement where required. You must have excellent client care, communication and IT skills and be attentive to detail and adapt well to new challenges. You will need to be experienced in multi-tasking and keeping to tight deadlines. Whilst planning and prioritising will be the key to your success, you'll also need to be flexible and quick to respond to requests at short notice.
