Sales Executive, Crawley based. Salary up to £25,000 basic plus uncapped commission. Realistic OTE 1st year £30-35k; 2nd year £35k to £45k

We are an expanding, highly professional sales operation selling into businesses at manager and Director level.

We are extremely customer focussed and pride ourselves on the breadth of customer relationships we have and reputation in the market. You will be part of a busy and successful sales team who work closely with one another and share successes as a group.

Whilst we have a number of clients where there are relationships, you will be given the chance to work with not only these but also focus on building new relationships and developing your own relationships and reputation. We recognise that there are a number of different platforms in which to sell but fundamentally we are looking for people who are confident in their ability to sell over the phone as you look to build your knowledge and client base. We encourage face to face meetings with clients, networking events, client entertainment and from time to time skype and video calls.

You will need to be a motivated sales professional who is capable of communicating effectively at manager and director level and be comfortable with what a sales role demands in times of energy, effort and focus.

Key skills required;

  • Previous sales experience, able to demonstrate winning new business and retaining existing.
  • Confident telephone manner.
  • Enthusiastic, driven and customer focused.
  • Previous experience of selling over the phone and face to face.
  • Strong communication, influencing and negotiating skills.
  • Well organised, reliable and able to multi-task.
  • Team player, and able to work on own initiative as well as under pressure.
