Title: Inbound Customer Service Agent
Location: Central Brighton
Salary: £15,537 + uncapped commission
Hours: 5 Days per week, 37.5 hours.
Monday to Friday 7am-10pm with the occasional Saturday and Sunday 8am-8pm.
Looking for customer serviced focused individuals, who are confident on the phone and can offer a friendly and professional approach to a call, whilst up-selling additional services and products.
This is an inbound role, taking calls from existing customers and guiding them through different processes based on the reason for the call. Positive, motivated and organised individuals will excel in this role.
This is a full time permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week between Mondays to Sunday. This position is on a rolling rota basis.
The company offer a starting salary of £15,537 + an uncapped commission scheme. As well as this they also offer additional bonuses, benefits, discounts and company incentives to keep their teams motivated.
Whether you are experienced in this field or looking for a new opportunity this company offers a detailed training programme, with 3 weeks classroom based training as well as ongoing support every step of the way. So no previous experience necessary but some sales experience would be preferable.
