EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR (Open to level around 2 to 10 years PQE)

Our client, a firm who are widely recommended by the independent industry directories Legal 500 and Chambers UK are recruiting into their employment team.
You will be part of a highly skilled and experienced team and will advise on a wide range of workplace issues.
The team covers all aspects of employment law including:
Contracts and Policy Documentation including service agreements, board and senior level appointments, consultancy agreements, staff handbooks and remuneration structures.
General HR Support including advising on disciplinary and grievance matters, dismissals, family friendly rights, bullying and harassment, recruitment, performance issues and settlement agreements.
Project Work including restructuring or outsourcing exercises and advice about collective consultation and TUPE obligations.
Prevention of Anti-Competitive Behaviour including advising on restrictive covenants, confidential information and team moves.
Dispute Management and Resolution including conducting proceedings in the Employment Tribunal, Employment Appeal Tribunal and High Court on all employment related disputes including advising on strategy, prospects of success, the litigation process, mediations and settlement.
