You will be the first point of contact for all existing customers contacting the company regarding any routine service or parts required for their purchase via telephone and email. Your team provides all after service care to a huge database so it's a very demanding, busy and varied role with no two days the same. You will be working to various different contracts and KPI's so ensuring customer needs are fully met is paramount.
In addition to excellent customer service skills you will need to be extremely organised, have experience of co-ordinating a busy diary for the allocation of engineer appointments and most importantly be able to remain calm under pressure.
The hours for this role are 9.00am to 5.30pm and the salary is paying up to £25,000 per annum based on previous experience.
