Product Buyer/Administrator - This role will ideally suit someone with some experience of administration looking fro their next role. You'll be supporting the Buyers with all administration task detailed below, maintaining a good level of communication with all relevant departments, whilst building relationships with suppliers. The role will include: Verify acknowledgments to ensure that prices, lead times and quantities are correct and to update our system. Chase suppliers for delivery dates and update our system for items not received on time or acknowledged by suppliers. Update and maintain the Purchasing support log. Assist and update sales team with any delivery related queries. Liaise with warehouse and suppliers regarding incorrect items supplies and any delivery issues. Monitor supplier performance in accordance with our supplier scoring process and feedback to line manager. Maintain supplier records including all contact details for the buyer's portfolio of suppliers. Liaising with Purchase Ledger accounts on any invoice queries.
