This role will be to be responsible for clients in a set area with a specific focus on developing business with both new and existing clients. This role is supported by a team of Account Managers, Customer Service Executives and Business Development Executives to help achieve targets. Responsibilities: 1. Business Development within your area will be prospects and new clients (which are continually updated). You will be responsible for getting those customers on board, identifying opportunities, making proposals and negotiating deals with a view to winning their business on a long term basis. 2. Developing Existing Relationships Your area will have a significant number of clients with whom we have very well established relationships. There are some excellent opportunities to win incremental business from those customers in both existing and new product areas. By offering a great service and by always having an eye out for opportunity, you'll be able to grow their business too. You'll be responsible for your group of clients and we'd like you to take an entrepreneurial approach to treat it like it's your own business. We'll back you up with administrative, clerical and product support to ensure that you can focus on looking after your customers. Experience & skills -Experience in telephone based sales, ideally products in a business to business environment. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic to learn, demonstrate drive, energy and a desire to provide the highest level of service and recognise opportunities to upsell. Organisational skills and the ability to be self-motivated are also of paramount importance.
