This role will be covering maternity cover for until the end of February 2017. This non for profit organisation are a specialist mental health service providing a community-based day service, offering a mix of floating and community based support services. They are one of the largest providers of mental health services in England. They are leaders in their field and are looking for like minded leaders to join the team. This key and vital front line management role will be responsible for everything from the day-to-day management of service contracts and staff, through to client support and building maintenance. You will be responsible to develop a service/location training and development plan and look after the service's budget. We are looking for a driven and solution focused leader with strong supervision and motivational skills and the ability to delegate work appropriately. The ideal candidate will have experience of understanding the needs of complex clients and managing resources effectively. A flair for managing conflicting demands and a firm management style is also a must. You will also possess a flexible approach to working hours and participate in the on call arrangements.
