We are currently looking to grow our Sales Office team with enthusiastic literate people who are capable of handling direct communication with Gardners customers.
The Sales Office Team is responsible for the day to day processing of orders, promotions, queries, as well as being increasingly proactive on our customer communication. This includes contacting customers, following up new accounts by email, phone, mailshots, etc. with the purpose of increasing overall sales by strengthening our customer relationships.
The applicant will be dealing primarily with our customers via emails, with phone calls being made when required. A high level of communication skills both verbally and written is therefore required and a good understanding of the Microsoft Office suite of applications is essential.
This role is office based and full training will be given.
