We are now looking for someone to work in a young, dynamic team with big aspirations for a growing company and now looking for a new member to join the team. Role summary You will be responsible for the clients in your set area with a specific focus on developing business with both new and old clients. All of these customers are mobile rather than premises based and require an approach via telephone in order to be able to win their business. You'll be supported by a team of Account Managers, Customer Service Executives and Business Development Executives to help you achieve your targets to maintain long term relationships and maximize sales opportunities. The role can be broadly split into 2 areas: 1. Business Development Included within your area will be prospects and new clients (which are continually updated). You will be responsible for getting those customers on board, identifying opportunities, making proposals and negotiating deals with a view to winning their business on a long term basis. 2. Develop Existing Relationships your area will have a significant number of clients with whom we have very well established relationships. There are some excellent opportunities to win incremental business from those customers in both existing and new product areas. Experience & skills - Experience in telephone based sales of security, hardware or ironmongery products in a business to business environment is essential. - enthusiastic to learn, - provide high level of service and recognise opportunities to upsell. - Organisational skills - ability to be self-motivated Principle duties and requirements include: - A high level of initiative and ability to work independently - The ability to work and interact with client senior level staff, engineers and administrative staff - understand profitability and costs - Exceptional communication: both written and spoken. - Coordinate work flow with other team members - Able to analyse and interpret data rapidly and effectively - A good level of IT competency
