Regional HR Advisor
My client is a large global consultancy seeking a high calibre, CIPD qualified HR Advisor to join their South East HR function, you will manage the HR service delivery across several sites in the region, with Gatwick as a hub.
We are looking for candidates that have a broad generalist capability with good experience providing Adviser level support. Although part of a wider HR team this role is autonomous and will require candidates that are used to working under their own steam.
Responsibilities will be diverse and will include acting as the primary contact for Line Managers & Directors seeking HR advice, guidance and support on a wide range of employee relations issues, assisting with both professional & grad recruitment, reviewing training needs across your client group and designing & delivery of training required.
You will be responsible for manaqgement an ER caseload including attending disciplinary & grievance and capability meetings across each of your sites.
Due to the regional remit, travel is expected in this role so it is essential candidates are happy with this, all sites are within 1 hour of Gatwick so should be more than manageable.
Graduates are highly desirable, however CIPD qualification is a pre-requisite, preferably to Level 7 or MCIPD status.
