R- IT Support Apprentice
Working as an IT Support Apprentice for Horizon Digital Limited, you will be required to answer the phone to customers and deal with their enquiries. You will also be expected to help keep the office organised.
You will also be expected to assist with installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications. Alongside this you will also need to monitor and maintain computer systems and be able to assist with troubleshooting both hardware and software.
Part of the role will include completing hardware upgrades, setting up new user accounts and testing new software as well as virus removal.
There will also be some onsite support at customer premises as well as using remote access software to assist customers.
Training to be provided:
NVQ Level 3 Diploma in ICT
Personal Learning and Thinking Skills (PLTS)
Functional Skills in English, Maths and ICT
