Role Overview Working within a small team reporting to the Manager of Sales and Products, the Product Executive is primarily responsible for managing product line(s) inventory and exchange pool, identify inventory for repair, identifying key purchasing opportunities for repair MODs, market trend analysis and specialist product knowledge. Although primarily office based, occasional travel for liaison with airlines, external suppliers, and customers may be required and accordingly the role requires good communication skills and ability to maintain key relationships, have a current valid passport and driving licence. What are the responsibilities of the Product Executive? - Product line exchange pool maintenance and reviews - Manage exchange programme - Identification of key purchasing opportunities of lower dash PNs for modification - Part number reviews for SBs and ADs - Review of market for product trends - LOT package push lists for recovery plan - Work closely with the VP of Purchasing and Programmes and the acquisitions team to prepare harvest lists, master docs and strategic purchasing - Product line repair reviews and spec Vs PO repair analysis - Purchasing product line “hot parts” for a sale and exchange pool - Product line push lists and package creation and management - Legacy stock push and review of alternative sale options - Unique and ‘peculiar to type' inventory selling - Gather market pricing / data and intelligence - CLP and FMV pricing intelligence gathering - Updating and maintaining the integrity of Quantum data What skills do I need to have to become a Product Executive? Education and/or Experience: - Educated to a minimum of GCSE standard in Mathematics and English grade A to C. - A practical interest in aviation and engineering. - Relevant experience in the aviation product knowledge and/or inventory experience Essential: - Strong customer service, communication skills and attention to detail. - Self-motivated, strong planning, organizational and time management skills. - Strong presentation and facilitation skills - Strong analytical and financial skills - Able to work within a team of highly motivated individuals in a fast moving environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Desirable: - NVQ BTech to level 2 and 3 - Ability to interface effectively with all levels within the company - Ability to handle multiple projects and responsibilities with competing priorities - Holds existing customer relationships in region - Capable of presenting findings analysis of records concisely to other team members Why not click ‘apply' today?
