Learning Technology Coordinator

We are currently looking for a Learning Technology Coordinator to be based out of our Crawley office. The Learning Technology Coordinator is the backbone of the Talent & Leadership team, they play an essential role in helping to improve our learning and training initiatives through the best practice use of technology. Thereby, ensuring that people's performance and development records are accurate, and that our suite of training is accessible for all. You are responsible for managing all of our training and e-learning content through our learning management system. In addition to this, you will need to be able to project manage e-learning modules, which includes helping to design, shape and deliver the end product. You will ideally be an enthusiastic, organised individual, who is able to take charge of our learning technology initiatives. Great customer service skills will be important, as you will need to build relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that you become the first point of contact for all e-learning and training requirements. You will be part of a motivated and fun team that will support you and your development in this role.
