Sheltered Scheme Services Coordinator Horsham, Fulham, Camberwell, Hackney & surrounding areas Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 per annum Permanent - various hours per week Southern Housing Group is a leading Housing Association based predominately in London and the South East, owning and managing 29,000 homes for more than 67,000 residents. Who we're looking for We are looking for caring, organised people who are committed to supporting older people with a range of needs who live in a sheltered housing environment. You will need to be an excellent communicator, organiser and team player; you should also have experience of working with vulnerable people. It is an essential that you have a strong understanding of the diverse needs of the elderly. You will have daily contact with residents, contractors, colleagues and partners to coordinate and deliver customer focused services. This will include inspecting properties, supporting tenancies, promoting resident involvement projects and assisting with lettings. You will also have a big part to play in supporting activities that promote well-being for our customers, as well as tackle loneliness and isolation and ensuring the scheme is well maintained and a safe place to live.
