Salary: 18k to £24k depending on skills / experience Our client is a leading marketing services provider. A new opening has come available in their digital print & direct mail team for a Digital Marketing Campaign Manager / Account Manager. The focus of the role is to manage the print & mail campaign requirements of their Blue Chip clients in the Media / Publishing and Technology industries, both in the UK and overseas. Duties: As an Account Handler, you will be responsible for facilitating Direct Mail and Print campaigns from start to finish. Providing 1st class customer service to see a client's print or direct mail project through, from their first idea through to the finished product. Maintaining and building client relationships and developing these through client contact. Interpreting customer briefs. Estimating. Sales, providing advice to clients regarding their mailing campaigns. Maintaining and building relationships. Liaising with suppliers. Liaison with production. The ideal candidate will have: Knowledge or experience of marketing or print /mail industry would be advantageous, but not essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent Microsoft Word and Excel skills. Bright and energetic. Be highly organised and can work under pressure to meet deadlines. A team player and has a can do attitude, willing to go the extra mile.
