The Furzton Lake restaurant has a fantastic floral approach leading up to the main entrance. The outside dining area has 300 seats and the terrace has an amazing fountain with waterfalls cascading down the length of the garden to an ornamental barge; a great place to relax and enjoy the summer sun. The restaurant serves value family food and drinks all day, and serves breakfast from 7am. The restaurant is on two levels and has stunning views of the lake from the second floor, which can also accommodate larger family celebrations or business meetings.

Your duties will include:
• Prepare, cook and present food to company specification
• Keep kitchen clean, tidy and hygienic at all times
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and monitor and deal with any maintenance issues
• Keep up to date with new products, menus and promotions
• Adhere to company policies and procedures and licensing laws
• Be involved and contribute at all team meetings
• Carry out instructions as given by management and head office
