Registered Nurse - Community Palliative Care Team
St Barnabas House provides specialist palliative care to adults in the Worthing, Adur, Arun and Henfield areas through a range of services, including in-patient care, Day Hospice and community care.
Due to the continued development of our community service in helping more patients to remain at home for end of life care, we are looking to recruit to the following position:
Registered Nurse – Community Palliative Care Team
Salary £32,070 p.a. Pro-rata for part-time
We are looking for Registered Nurses to work within our Community Palliative Care Team in support of our Clinical Nurse Specialists. You will work autonomously in a small team, of specialist nurses, visiting patients in their own homes and undertaking follow up assessments on the telephone, to provide high quality care that meets the physical and emotional needs of patients and their families and carers. You will be expected to carry a small caseload of patients
