Senior Customer Service Manager
Search Consultancy have been instructed by our client, a market-leader in their field, to identify a leader to oversee their Customer Service delivery.
As a niche market specialist, this organisation works in conjunction with both the public and private sector to provide a specific medical service to the community - making the role both challenging and rewarding.
As Customer Service Manager, you'll be a leader from a strong customer-focused background which exposure to managing teams of 50+, both directly and indirectly as well as the ability to identify the key areas in which to affect positive change in the business.
Nurturing and development of your direct reports and creating a positive and dynamic working environment will be one of your key strengths, as well as the ability to be both approachable and flexible under pressure. Any exposure to implementation of new systems is also very welcome!
