Apprentice Chef - Brighton
A great opportunity to work in a very fun, busy and popular kitchen in central Brighton. Fully supported by the current chef and the team.
The right candidate will be required to assist in the main kitchen with the baking, pastry making, preparation and cooking of food and drinks.
A high standard of kitchen standards are always met by the team who also work efficiently. There is a zero waste policy which will be in effect all the time.
This is a great opportunity to learn a variety of skills within the kitchen.
Be able to work as part of a team, as well as alone, and have the passion to follow instruction and learn from others.
Good level of education
A passion for food and the food industry, and a willingness to get the job done.

From October 1st 2015 the National Minimum Wage (NMW) for Apprentices is £3.40 per hour. This applies to 16-18 year old Apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other Apprentices the National Minimum Wage appropriate to their age applies.
