Administrator - 3 Month Temporary Contract

We are now seeking an adaptable and enthusiastic Administrator, initially for a 3 month contract, to join our Croydon Branch, to work as part of a small dedicated team and report into the Administration Supervisor. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with a 30 min lunch break and we offer free on-site parking. Although this initially a temporary contract, it would provide the successful applicant with an excellent opportunity to display your skills and abilities for future permanent roles within the business. Day to day responsibilities will include organising, checking and inputting Engineer timesheet information, maintaining customer job files, extensive liaison regarding queries, data and documentation with the False Alarm Management Team, the Monitoring Centre, Customer Service Centre, Engineers, Colleagues and Customers, ensuring equipment is ordered & delivered, assisting with the installation planning and management of work in progress, maintaining the holiday diary, producing engineer routine maintenance lists, dealing with the resolution of customer disputes & queries, maintaining Health & Safety and actively participating in the continuous improvement of processes & procedures. The successful candidate will have the ability to multi-task, and can enjoy working in a very fast-paced environment. You will be confident in working on a variety of IT systems and possess good Word, Excel and Outlook abilities, as well as fast and accurate keyboard skills. Candidates must have proven administration experience, ideally gained in a large, busy organisation and a track record of delivering excellent customer service and building strong working relationships. You must be able to work well with the field based Engineers as well as supporting senior management. Your personal qualities and behaviours are as important to us as your past experience and you will therefore need to be able to demonstrate that you are passionate about the customer, possess excellent people skills, can work well as part of a team, possess attention to detail, have good organisational abilities, are flexible and adaptable and are able to perform well in a fast paced, demanding environment.
