Job Title Blended Learning Manager Location West Sussex / Central London Salary £40,000 This 12 Month Fixed Term contract position is a great opportunity for anyone with skills in E-learning, Instructional Design and a keen interest in Learning Technology adoption in the financial sector. This role is based in West Sussex or Central London and is likely to be offered on a permanent basis following the initial 12 month period. The Role As a Blended Learning Manager you'll be Designing and Developing Elearning content for this company's internal Learning purposes, aimed at upskilling in technical Accountancy and Financially focussed areas. Expect to not only be using E-learning Authoring tools such as Storyline, Captivate or Lectora, but also adopting Elearning Video content into the Learning materials, and integrating Scenario Based Learning techniques into the design, specifically using Branching Scenarios. You'll be responsible for the whole Learning Design process, right from working with Trainers and SME's, through to the final Elearning build. This position also has Learning Technologist or Learning Technology Manager responsibilities, as you'll have the opportunity to manage the selection and implementation of a new organisation wide Learning Management System (LMS) and generally advise on Learning Technology matters. The Person You'll be used to building / developing Elearning content using Authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Adapt, GOMO etc.), have solid Instructional Design / Learning Design expertise, a real passion for innovation, and love to research and adopt the latest Learning Technologies to enhance the Learner Experience. If you've been involved in a Learning Management System implementation, or been involved in the selection process that would be a big advantage. The Rewards In return, this Blended Learning Manager position has a salary of up to £40,000, also offering a truly varied and interesting set of responsibilities.
