Application /System Support Analyst required by vibrant Crawley based organisation to join their growing Implementation and Support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing 1st, 2nd and some 3rd line technical support across our entire customer base. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for the system for all existing customers, including; telephone support, email support, and (occasionally) site visits. Work within customers' Service Level Agreements; satisfying predefined response times, resolution times, and escalation paths. Log and track all Support Cases using Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Create, test and deliver hotfixes and minor technical changes to customers, often working within customers' own strictly defined change control processes. Basic technical consultancy and troubleshooting, including; data analysis, data integrity checking, and system performance analysis. Customise / configure the product to meet clients' requirements. Carry out system, function and regression testing, using manual and automated test scripts. Identify and log defects via a defect tracking system (Microsoft Team Foundation Server). Create detailed test plans, execute test scripts and document results. Key Requirements: Recent experience using Microsoft SQL Server (2008 and later), and Transact-SQL (T-SQL). The successful candidate will proficient in T-SQL, with demonstrable ability to write complex queries using joins, aggregate functions, etc. Experience in managing and configuring Windows Server (2003 and later). Good analytical and problem solving skills. A logical, methodical approach to problem solving is essential. Exposure to Microsoft IIS, version 7, and above. Experience of supporting software within a Windows networked environment, including Active Directory, Group Policy and relevant security and encryption technologies such as SSL / TLS. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a confident, professional attitude. Proven ability to meet deadlines and work within defined SLAs. Experience of supporting production systems, complying with structured change-control procedures, and handling customer-sensitive (financial) data.
