Area Manager/ District Manager (Designate)
Looking for experienced district managers / area managers for a district manager (designate) role based in West London. ALL CANDIDATES MUST LIVE WITHIN GREATER LONDON. MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OR 2 YEARS MULTI SITE RETAIL EXPERIENCE MANAGING MANAGERS IN RETAIL OR HOSPITALITY Location: West London. Basic £40-£42k plus quarterly bonus OTE up to £75k Per annum Big Company Benefits. Working within an expanding blue chip company in target focused sales environment, my client is looking for a district manager with top end coaching and team building skills to support and develop a team of branch managers within a large format retail operation. Looking for a real operator with a great personality you must have run a high-paced, multi-sited retail operation, with a real understanding of how to produce the highest levels of operational excellence, you must have high focus on motivating your team, with excellent operational standards and customer service skills to run a profitable, well managed district. Having gained the skills necessary in a previous area /district management role in a target related environment, you will be a motivator with excellent time planning skills with proven experience in KPI delivery looking to expand your career. You must have strong communication skills, coupled with high personal standards and team building skills, you must be self-motivated, structured, and organised with the tenacity to succeed in a high profile challenging role, you must have strong drive coupled with a great sense of humor, but also be hands on and prepared to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in when necessary. You must have experience managing a team of managers in a large turnover multi-site business. Personal characteristics: Proven leadership skills. Property management experience.
