Sales Executive Salary £28,000 OTE £38,000 fantastic benefits Croydon Overview: This is an exciting opportunity for a driven candidate looking to accelerate their career in a sales environment. The ideal candidate would need to have experience working in a telesales role. Proven success in this role will provide opportunities for career progression into Field Sales / to a Junior Sales Consultant in the next 12 - 18 months. Key Responsibilities: Make regular and frequent telephone calls to prospective customers in order to create qualified sales appointments for the full companies product suite; Profile prospects according to agreed qualification criteria Effectively articulate the companies value proposition to decision makers and budget holders Send literature to prospects Invite prospects to a relevant campaign, dependent on their business needs Create appointments for qualified prospects who wish to have more detailed discussions Responsibility for ROW opportunities (rest of world - English speaking) Find opportunities and build accounts Develop relationships with prospects Effectively articulate the companies value proposition to decision makers and budget holders Work with the Group marketing team on campaigns and events Maintain and develop knowledge of products Build an understanding of product features and associated benefits Develop techniques to articulate benefits within a telemarketing context Become familiar with the companies demos Keep an up to date record of all customer communications on the Sales Database Keep a call log within the sales database Weekly reporting on campaigns and calls Support external telemarketing campaigns Communicate appointments to Sales Consultants Follow up any "call backs" identified by external campaigns Provide telephone support to external telemarketing organisations Participate in and support marketing events as required Undertake any other marketing activities as required Assist the Inside Sales Team Leader Team training Regular and ad-hoc reporting Campaign planning If you are looking for a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in their career within sales with a rapidly expanding software company then what are you waiting for?
