Support Analyst / Service Desk / IT Support Analyst A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Support Analyst / Service Desk / IT Support Analyst to work for a Digital Media company on a permanent basis. You will be providing 1st and 2nd line support to a large user base to always keep you busy. The role requires a rotating shift pattern between the hours of 8am - 6pm. The Support Analyst / Service Desk / IT Support Analyst will be responsible for supporting and troubleshooting technologies such as Active Directory, Exchange, MS Office 10 - 16, Windows 7 & 10, Smartphones and ideally networking support including TCP/IP, switches and ADSL routers. The ideal Support Analyst / Service Desk / IT Support Analyst will have a minimum of 2 years experience providing support to the technologies mentioned above as well as Adobe Creative Suite application support.
