Apprentice Customer Service Administrator
An opportunity has arisen to join an established family owned business in Brighton as a Customer Service Administrator.
You will be an integral part of the team, with an opportunity to branch into a Sales role on completion of your Apprenticeship. The Apprenticeship will enable you to learn about the full range of products and services we provide as well as getting to know our customers.
Your duties will include:
- Communicating with customers via email, letter and telephone.
- Dealing with incoming calls from customers.
- Understanding the products and services we provide.
- Developing strong working relationships with our customers.
- Processing sales orders from clients.
- Using SAGE software to process orders.
- Accompany colleagues to customer premises.
