£20K Basic plus 15% commission
Working for a professional medical training company you will be building relationships with new and existing clients via telesales, email, mailshots and other marketing initiatives. You will be maintaining the sales database, targeting specific clients and attending industry exhibitions. Your clients will include schools, carers, nurses and social care workers who require this accreditation for their jobs. You will use the CRM system and identify prospects through business development calls.
A proven background in outbound telesales is essential along with a self-motivated and target driven attitude. You will be resilient and have a professional telephone manner and enjoy working in a small team.
