The Clinical Coordinator manages the process of patient and consultant time management and guides the patient seamlessly through the process.

Our client specialises in same day diagnostics, outpatient medical and dental services that deliver an extensive range of treatments, providing patients with the unrivalled care, time and attention they deserve.

From the first point of contact at their brand new and state of the art 20,000 sq ft clinic patient well-being will be central to everything we do throughout consultation, diagnosis, treatment and beyond.

The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for the efficient and effective operation for the clinical scheduling of rooms and patients, including responding to requests for leave from clinical colleagues, preparation and organisation of the appointment scheduling, and dealing with requests for changes. The role works as part of the Patient Services Team, which provides the administrative support for the clinic and reports to the Patient Services Manager
