Based in Crawley, Surrey, our client, a Premium Vehicle Dealership, are actively looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to provide administrative support to the General Sales Manager and the sales team in ensuring all vehicle sales administration tasks are completed as required to an effective, professional standard that meets the companies requirements. You will follow directions from the Group Sales Administration Manager and be flexible and accommodating of reasonable requests from all members of staff. Your responsibilities will include but not be restricted to: Completing New and Used car sales orders on the in house system Ensure that all vehicles are taxed and invoiced as required Check that the specifications for vehicles going in for servicing are correct Maintain the new vehicle stock list and distribute accordingly Liaising with transporter companies in regards to the planning of all corporate deliveries You will have excellent attention to detail and have an organised, methodical work ethic and be process driven. You will have vast administration and database management experience and be able to provide administrative support to the Sales team and Manager to assist in achieving the company's objectives and goals. Working Monday to Friday 08.30 to 1700hrs, the Sales Administrator will earn a salary between £20k to £24k STE.
