This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team in Crawley and assist in driving our company forward. We are looking for candidates to apply that can join us and hit the ground running from the off. The main accountabilities of this role will include: Assisting in developing and driving marketing strategies to meet organisational objectives based on comprehensive analysis of current and previous activity, competitor analysis, market conditions and relevant testing opportunities The day to day liaison between internal stakeholders and external media agencies, responsible predominantly for paid for offline channels including most notably display, insert, classified and broadcast. Working closely with the wider marketing team, sales managers and support functions including the Call Centre management team, promoting best practice in insight into the effectiveness of marketing activity and provide a clear steer on how to optimise for better results Other aspects of the role will include: Assisting in the creation and ongoing development of the marketing strategy working closely with the Group Marketing Manager ensuring that the overall plan fits to meet company objectives; Assisting in managing the marketing budget, tracking all offline marketing spend and delivery of all marketing activity; Planning the best ways of promoting the Company's product, service and message to as many people as possible within our target market group, with a focus on response and delivered sales to ensure the DAC is at the desired level to meet Company objectives Creating, developing and executing compelling marketing campaign plans using all types of relevant channels to meet targets ensuring that campaigns run to deadlines and on budget Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research. Identifying target markets and how best to reach them, researching and analysing market trends Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns through regular analysis and detailed tracking of results What are we looking for in a candidate? An organised individual with strong attention to detail and consistency across all mediums; Excellent planning skills and ability to prioritise and multi-task with the ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure; Highly IT literate including use of adobe creative suite with a good understanding and working knowledge of all marketing channels including digital media channels; Proven background of working within a successful marketing team delivering effective campaigns aiding business development at the same time being a good motivator with a desire to succeed; Well developed, fast and accurate copy writing and proof reading skills for all marketing mediums; Familiar with using content management systems (CMS), with an understanding of HTML, email marketing best practice and digital marketing tools; Experience that we would like candidates to have: A minimum of three years' experience in marketing campaign management and managing a large budget A strong record of delivering successful campaigns, competent in interpreting analytics, testing and optimising lead generating and lead nurturing activity, and reporting on results to key stakeholder Experience of working with and managing contact data for marketing purposes Strong communication skills with excellent influencing and networking ability B2C and B2B marketing experience manging the delivery of marketing materials from brief to production Project management experience demonstrating managing own workload effectively delivery of objectives and financial targets Staff management skills and experience Education Candidates will preferably be educated to degree level CIM/IDM qualification or other relevant industry qualification
