A fantastic position has arisen for a talented and proactive Customer Services Representative to join an innovative and well established company based in Crawley. We are looking for individuals who are confident, articulate and driven by high levels of service to be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships and account management. Ensuring that all orders are processed accurately and customer queries are dealt with in an efficient manner. You will be accountable for achieving and maintaining the highest level of procedural efficiency and customer satisfaction, up selling and cross selling product as well as gaining customer's confident, loyalty and business through the efficient and effective processing of customer orders and queries. Your customer focused, organised and flexible approach to work combined with well developed communication skills and the ability to prioritise multiple task whist working to deadlines. Previous experience of working within a customer facing role and negotiation essential as is exposure of working to set processes and procedures.
