Recruitment Consultant - Call & Contact CentreCrawley About the team The Call and Contact Centre Division are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join the team in Crawley, either a Trainee or indeed an experienced recruiter looking for their next step into a Senior Consultant role. This is a fast-paced role where you will be working within tight deadlines to meet clients' needs and expectations. As experts in the industry we can adapt our service to the needs of our clients. Whether that be design, implementation and facilitation of assessment centres, processing ad response, traditional sourcing, vetting and compliance, we are a total solution for call & contact centre, volume sales and customer service roles. This is a unique opportunity to join a team with significant growth plans, following a re-launch the scope to engage with new and existing clients is vast, either focussing on permanent, contract or temporary solutions.Geographically, the potential for development is far reaching with genuine opportunities to develop relationships not just within Sussex, Surrey and Kent but also throughout the South East and Home Counties. The Opportunity Essential to the role is your desire and willingness to develop business and build external relationships through sales activity. A specific level of recruitment experience isn't necessarily important, but previous exposure within business to business or outbound sales is vital to underpinning your future success in the role.
