We are currently looking for another Recruitment Consultant to join the Team in Crawley, either a Trainee or an experienced Agency Recruiter looking for their next step into a Senior Consultant role. This is a fast pace role where you will need to be working to tight deadlines to meet clients needs and expectations. We work with a number of established clients, where have built strong relationships over recent years, however we are looking for an individual to grow the client base through business development and simply getting on the phone. Based in Crawley we cover a wide geographical area in terms of both clients and candidates. We cover roles from a local perspective but also a regional perspective; this includes servicing our Corporate Clients. We cover roles from Executive Secretary / PA's to administrative positions, data entry to reception roles. The OpportunityIt's essential that you are very sales focused and confident in making sales calls, handling objections and closing sales. It is an exciting opportunity for someone not only to grow and develop existing business, but also to bring in new business by making outbound telesales calls, visiting customers and various other forms of social and business networking.As a recruitment business we are, of course, always keen to speak to people who have previous experience within the industry however a lot of our current success stories come from people who joined our team as a 'Trainee Consultant' with no recruitment experience. What they all have in common is sales experience, drive and sheer determination to be successful. Excellent training is provided and this role also provides fantastic career opportunities, along with a competitive salary and superb benefits including unlimited bonus earning potential.The ideal candidate will be able demonstrate the following:Sales experience - over the telephone, 6 months or 6 years, it doesn't matter as long as you truly enjoyed the experience and understand recruitment is a telephone sales role.Excellent business acumen - someone who is excited by the prospect of running their own businessFirst class communication skills - someone who enjoys talking to people and building relationships - every dayBe able to work in a fast paced environment - you also need to be able to create the pace during quiet periodsFlexible working attitude - we encourage a healthy work/life balance however we expect 100% effort when you are in the officeDrive and passion - we want people who truly understand what drives them.
