Established company based in the Horsham area seek and Assistant Accounts Administrator to join their existing team. Reporting to the Accounts Team leader this role will be responsible for the following duties:Processing daily payments received by credit and debit cardsProcessing daily BACS and cheque payments and allocationg to customer accountsAssisting with credit controlCredit checking customersManagement of cash accountsVAT Updating customer accounts and dealing with queriesInvoice and statement processingProcessing daily internal bank account transfersProcessing invoices nad providing cover for purchase ledger invoice registeringArchiving and adhoc duties as requiredIdeal candidate will have good all round accounts experience and be keen to secure a role where they can learn and develop further.
