Quality establishment require a Junior Sous Chef to support the Executive Head Chef and Sous Chefs in the smooth running of the kitchen operation for this fine dining establishment. Specialising in modern British cuisine as well as catering for banqueting of up to 350 covers in addition to lounge and room service. Would suit an experienced Chef De Partie who has the right skills, or an existing Sous Chef who is looking to work in a larger operation. Working five days over seven, some split shifts are required. Staff accommodation is available to assist with relocation. We endeavour to reply to all applications.
