Sussex Recruitment is seeking an experienced Account Manager/Sales Executive who will join their busy field sales team, covering the local area within a business to business capacity. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of the local area and the ability to identify, build and win new business. The field sales executive role consists of a good mixture of account managing existing and the development of new business and a majority of your client meetings will be face to face. As an Account Manager, you will need to be able be inquisitive, not afraid to ask questions, identify your Clients needs and make suggestions to provide them with an accurate service. The essential skills are: • Sales Experience.• A track record of hitting targets and being able to forecast effectively.• A good listener and effect at needs analysis. • Brilliant at organising each day, helping to maximise productivity.• Able to work well on their own and keep themselves motivated.A successful Sales Account Manager within this thriving business will need to be great at networking and have the ability to build long term relationships with key decision maker Due to internal promotion, our client has two options at present within the field sales account manager teams. One would be for a Senior, well experienced person who has probably been in a local B2B field sales role, with a potential pipe line to tap in to. £22-25pa comm plus car, etc. Ote £40-45k. The other would be for a more entry level field sales person who will come along with all the enthusiasm, some good sales experience and the energy to step up to the next level £20-22K comm plus car and office tools.
