They are well known for their excellent customer service, and their highly skilled staff. An opportunity has arisen for a Pump & Valve Sales Specialist to join their friendly team. The ideal Pump & Valve Sales Specialist will need to be polite, logical and have a professional attitude at all times. Ideally would be skilled in using Microsoft Dynamics AX and Saturn. The ideal Pump & Valve Sales Specialist will also need to be computer literate and have good communication skills. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualities: A positive, respectful, and friendly approach in telephone and email communications is essential.Excellent Customer Service skills.MRP/ERP system experience.Quality, H&S and ISO experience.Degree level or equivalent education in science/ engineering.Proven record in sales ideally in technical vacuum pump sales.Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.Be self-motivated and target driven.Supply chain experience.Initiative, be able to act independently and work remotely.Excellent IT skills including Dynamics AX and Saturn.Must have a full UK driving licence.Management experience preferred. Your duties as a Pump & Valve Sales Specialist: Respond to customer requests for quotation, technical support, customer service etc.Maintain accurate records and information on customer account using the company?s preferred Customer Record Management within Dynamics AX.Present statistical data using Dynamics AX and Saturn.Communicate ?market? information to management when required.Provide internal and external training, including but not limited to, key account penetration, product training, technical support and exhibitions.
