Purchase Ledger and Credit Controller Worthing, West Sussex Permanent Full Time Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm Annual Salary £17,000 - £20,000pa depending on experience Hunters' client is a small but exceptionally busy and successful hire company. The ideal candidate will have experience working with SAGE and Purchase Order Systems. Sage qualifications not essential but would be an added bonus. The candidate needs to be highly organised, computer literate and be able to process up to 2000 - 3000 invoices per month. The role itself involves the following: - Checking supplier invoices against PO's on our internal system and then inputting on the system - Supplier statements for end of month - Calculate totals and cross reference against supplier statements - Invoicing all cash and account customers on hire - Batch runs are done weekly - Working to end of month deadlines - Managing all account customers, keeping them within their credit limits and ensuring payments are made on time - Querying supplier invoices - Filing Invoices and supplier Invoices - Working with Sage - Chasing cash customers for outstanding payments regularly
