Reporting to the Credit Control Manager, this vital position will provide a highly professional individual with ample scope to make their mark as you utilise your experience to accurately check and collate legal documentation for Credit Control Premier to initiate further action, as well as ensuring that all chasing procedures have been followed and, if necessary, initiating further chasing. Your additional responsibilities will include: Updating landlords in a professional, courteous manger with procedures and relevant action being takenLiaising with branches for arranging attendees for courtEnsuring witness statements are signed and returned within arranged deadlinesUpdating Excel Spreadsheets on a daily basis To succeed, you will need: To demonstrate strong accuracy, grammar and numerical skills, plus be highly proficient in MS Office and Outlook. Calm, highly motivated and an outstanding communicator, you must have a confident and concise phone manner, as well as excellent attention to detail and initiative. It would be helpful if you had some experience with tenancy agreements and the letting industry, however comprehensive training will be given.
