Chef de partie, rosette, chichester / west sussex area upto £22k. We are currently working with a rosette awarded restaurant, they are passionate about fresh food. They do not have a freezer on site, everything is fresh. They are passionate about the food and the standards are very high, they are looking for a chef de partie with the same passion for food. The role we are looking for a experienced chef de partie with expeirence of running the different sections. You must have rosette experience and cook to a rosette level. This role covers all the normal chef de partie duties. Expeirence We are looking for previous rosette experience or fresh food background at either chef de partie level or a current demi chef de partie ready to step up to chef de partie.
