Sales Designer - Chichester We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic sales person for our beautiful "award winning" kitchen showroom in Chichester. This is a targeted sales role which involves qualifying sales leads right through to kitchen design and delivery, all the while consulting and advising our clients towards the best possible solution to fit their needs. About Us: Harvey Jones have been making handmade bespoke kitchens for more than 35 years and know exactly what it takes to deliver luxury furniture that our clients are proud to use and have in their homes. We craft our kitchens in three simple, beautifully made designs. They are built to last using traditional construction techniques, and each design can be customised and personalised to our clients' exact needs and tastes. The Sales Designer role is unlike any other sales role, where you will have the opportunity to use a variety of skills and earn some fantastic commission along the way as you'll be working to sales targets. Our commission structure stands out from our competitors with a great opportunity to earn. We'll give you world class training in all aspects of the role in order to equip you with all you need to succeed; therefore previous design experience is not necessary. You'll also work with some really great people, so what more could you ask for? Responding to brochure requests and telephone enquiries and converting potential clients into a showroom visit to view our beautiful rage of kitchens.Welcoming potential clients into the showroom and taking them through our range of beautiful products on offer and converting their interest to a design appointment.Managing and following up on new and existing leads to ascertain potential interest and nurture clients buying interest and overcoming any reservations.Designing kitchens using Auto CAD (full training will be given)To oversee your clients project through to completion, and offer on-going support and advise whilst managing expectations.Meeting personal KPI's and revenue targets.Converting clients interest into a sale using influencing and negotiating skills.Liaising with external and internal departments to instruct build and installation Person Profile: We're looking for unique individuals at Harvey Jones, ideally with previous sales experience; not necessarily in kitchen design. You'll need to be able to follow our sales process and build the confidence of your clients, making decisions with them and guiding them through their choices. You'll also need excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan ahead and constantly be one step ahead of the game. On top of this, you'll be managing other projects at different stages of the process so being able to juggle could be an advantage Will be well presented, articulate and confident in conversing with high spending customers and have excellent written and verbal communication skillsBe able to build rapport, listen to customers needs and identify selling opportunities whilst inspiring confidence and influence into a decisionAbility to work towards personal targets and KPI'sAmbitious and self motivated, a real go getterA highly organised individual who is able to manage multiple projectsA strong problem solver who can think outside the box to create solutionsCandidates do not need to have previous design experience as full training will be provided If you're ready to take the next step in your sales career - APPLY TODAY
