A new permanent position has become available for a marketing leading professional services company based in Crawley for a Project Administrator working closely with the Executive Team Assistant in running projects for various departments. This new permanent position based in Crawley for a Project Administrator will involve the following key duties : Management of project content and responsible for ensuring all project documentation is up to date and current Consistently producing work of a high standard with checks that all documentation produced is compliant Acts as a brand champion in relation to documents produced by others and challenges if not compliant Arranges and co-ordinates meetings, liaises with delegates, books meeting rooms and arranges refreshments and equipment Ensures that sufficient time is allotted for travel when processing meeting requests Answer phone with courtesy to internal and external callers Manages archiving for the team, insuring there is adequate boxes and archiving documents available and assist teams where possible. To act as support and back up to the travel team for organising/booking travel arrangements and hotel accommodation, as and when required.
