SERVICE IMPLEMENTATION / PROJECT MANAGER 5 month fixed-term contract iO are working in partnership with a fantastic charity who are looking for an interim National Implementation / Project Manager to join their team on a 5 month fixed-term basis. The role is there to be responsible for the implementation of the agreed project plan that will see a 'Hub and Spoke' model rolled out across the UK. RESPONSIBILITIES ·Hubs are set-up in line with the existing project plan ·Establishment of a local call centres to an agreed set of customer service standards ·Implementing an inventory control system to all staff based at the hub ·Creating a national strategy to ensure sufficient availability ·Risks and issues regarding the project implementation ·Operate to an agreed budget ·The strategic direction, development and improvement of the service REQUIREMENTS ·Excellent problem solving abilities coupled with logical thought processes ·Experience implementing change programmes ·Ability to implement a project plan and bring it to a successful conclusion ·Ability to work under time pressure, and ability to meet deadlines ·Experience developing a new team to deliver a new service ·Excellent communication skills ·Willingness to travel across the UK when needed
