Airfreight Operations Clerk - Crawley - up to £8:00 phr Our client is actively seeking someone to join their team on a temporary basis to assist with general office duties, answering the phone, filing and scanning documents. The role is based within their air import department and you will be responsible for - Working on an in house system searching for arrival and printing documents. Booking in import shipments. Giving quotations to customers. In putting import entries on to the system. Liaising with other departments within the business. Ideally you will posses - Excellent telephone skills. Able to work under your own initiative. Be able to communicate effectively at all levels. Computer literate with Microsoft packages. Good organisation and motivational skills.
