Production Administration Assistant
Our Client is looking for Production Assistant with good administration and communication skills to join their Company Main Duties To monitor department stock requirements and progressed works orders daily, advising of any priorities.To ensure all stock shortages are actioned.To liaise with Production Supervisor's and Production Buyer to ensure all components are scheduled and ordered in a timely manner.Set up and amend codes, bill of materials and routes ensuring costings are correct. To collate annual requirements not planned by Company planning software for Production Buyer.To compile weekly and monthly reports.Office filing and completion of works orders.Investigating invoice queries.Taking minutes of meetings as and when required.Assist with the manufacturing stock take.To carry out other duties as and when required to facilitate the effective operation of the department and company (under instruction by Manager). To deal with Customer Services and customers who are progressing orders or require information Qualification's Skills and Experience Must have A-C at GCSE level or equivalentMust be numerateMust have very good administration and IT skills. You will need to have excellent communication skills both verbal and in writing.Working in what can be a very demanding department you will need to be well organised and thrive in a hectic and busy atmosphere. Experience of working within a Production office would be advantageous but not essential.
